2. Permitted Use
Visitors may view content for product review, quotation evaluation and personal or corporate purchasing research. PDFs offered on product pages may be downloaded for product information and used for internal evaluation.
3. Unauthorized Use
Without prior written permission, copying or republishing all or a substantial part of the content, presenting it under another brand, transferring it to commercial catalogues, using product images in commercial listings, distributing modified versions or systematically extracting content to build a database is prohibited.
4. Trademarks and Product Identifiers
The SPARO name, logo, product model names and distinctive commercial presentation elements may be protected under applicable law. Visiting the website does not grant any license or right to use these marks.
5. Third-Party Content
Where third-party trademarks, videos, maps, links or other materials appear on the website, rights in those materials belong to their respective owners and their use is subject to the owners’ terms.
6. Permission and Notice
If you wish to use SPARO content for press, architectural projects, distribution, dealership activity, advertising or other commercial purposes, request permission in advance via sparo@hosinox.com. You may also report suspected rights infringements to the same address.
7. Right to Modify
